We believe in the sovereignty of the individual and provide the maximum freedom for our contractors. We are a remote work company with the exception of some periodic onsite client meetings.
In return, we require our contractors to have very high standards for themselves and the work they deliver. As a contractor partnering with us, you must be on the upper right-hand side of our will/skill matrix. You must also be extremely disciplined and have an obsession with customer impact.
Most of our work comes through word of mouth through senior executives who trust us to make an impact and deliver. On Proactive Logic projects, you will be seen as a strategic asset to our client’s businesses and part of their most mission-critical projects.
